General Notes:
A large and very fine example of Ulmus glabra ‘Camperdownii’, occupying much of the front garden of this 19th-century residence. The tree forms a broad, well-developed canopy and is a prominent feature of the property.

The current homeowner advises the tree is approximately 120 years old and has indicated that historic photographs will be provided to support this estimate (Hammer, J.R., 2026).
